Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Loan Document Specialist to join our client in Exton, PA! As the Loan Document Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the documentation associated with commercial loans. This contract opportunity is offering $20-$21/HR!
Responsibilities:

Document Preparation: Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and identifying poor-quality originals.

Scanning and Indexing: Timely scanning/uploading and indexing of various document types. Review scanned documents for clarity and completeness, ensuring all pages are captured.

Quality Assurance: Validate the quality of scanned images and descriptions.

Document Handling: Manage the disposition of original documents for destruction or storage, following approved guidelines for document retention. Maintain organized files in the Bank's file room.

Audit Support: Assist in retrieving loan documents for internal and external audits.

File Room Maintenance: Ensure the file room is always kept in a neat and orderly manner.

Reporting: Generate and complete monthly reports detailing the number of manual scan documents and document pages by department.
Qualifications:

Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent; High School Diploma required.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Minimum of one year of experience in quality control and recordkeeping.

Banking experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and adept problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
