Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Servicer Balancing Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Highlands Ranch, Colorado! As a Servicer Balancing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports and remittances from primary servicers as per the Servicing Agreement. Your responsibilities include investigating servicer reporting discrepancies, addressing servicer inquiries, and participating in miscellaneous assigned projects. You will also collaborate with servicers to resolve reporting discrepancies and may provide assistance to other departments as needed. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity is offering $25.73/HR!
Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile reports from primary servicers in accordance with Servicing Agreements and Departmental policy, meeting strict deadlines.

Act as the relationship manager for assigned reports, maintaining effective communication with counterparties.

Investigate and resolve issues related to servicer reporting, cash settlement, and servicer inquiries.

Identify and correct servicing errors or discrepancies within established timeframes, ensuring accurate information is communicated to trusts and investors.

Ensure that primary servicers report and remit payments within agreed timeframes.

Clear cash receipts, servicer discrepancies, and billings within specified timeframes.

Prepare wires for distribution to servicers based on monthly reporting requirements.

Collaborate with team members and provide support to help the team excel.

May be assigned to assist other departments as needed.

After completing initial training, manage approximately 30,000 loans across 100 seasoned portfolios, with monthly remittances totaling approximately $200,000,000.00.

May handle other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilities.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university, preferably with a major related to the job requirements. Equivalent combinations of job experience and education demonstrating the ability to perform essential job functions will be considered.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Access. Knowledge of SBO2000 Master Servicing is a plus but not required. Proficiency in 10 Key, Microsoft Excel, oral communication, and research skills is essential.
