Compile data and generate monthly financial reports, including end-of-month, Meal-Sales-Statistics, biweekly ERS, AHF Benchmarking, Plante Moran Data, and RD Productivity.

Maintain Workday Profit Loss and FTE reports for managerial review.

Assist in Operational and Capital Budget Planning, including creating Capital Projects in Workday.

Oversee contract management in Meditract Application.

Process vendor payments to Accounts Payable and in Workday.

Manage uniform expenses through orders and distribution of employee uniforms.

Handle all aspects of Kronos Dimensions and Contractor Kronos Timekeeping, including reporting to the management team and providing training to new supervisors.

Coordinate departmental activities, resolve issues, and communicate information as needed.

Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and order supplies.

Liaise with the HR Recruitment and Contracted Labor Vendors for tracking open positions and new employee onboarding.

Prepare and process all forms related to employees, including orientation packets and Department of Health forms.

Manage FMLA documentation, ensure compliance, and educate managers and staff.

Run reports for Mandatory Education Compliance and distribute to Managers annually.

Maintain and update Departmental Collaboration sites and policy and procedure manual.

Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools for automation and increased efficiency.

Serve as a resource for internal and external employees, assisting with administrative functions, Workday, benefits, and policy inquiries.

Perform assigned work safely and adhere to established safety rules and practices.

Report unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations promptly.

Manage the weekly onboarding process for all staff at Christiana Hospital, which includes coordinating start dates, communicating with recruiters, reviewing orientation information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This includes a payroll consisting of 150 employees.
