Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our client in Fishers, IN! As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently processing borrower documents in our Urban Loan Tracking System and ensuring that all documents are organized and categorized accurately. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role. This Contract opportunity is offering $16/HR!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on borrower documentation and categorize them according to their respective document types.
  • Process loans through our EFAX system, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sort and inspect FedEx packages.
  • Reconcile FedEx package counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Carefully destaple documents of all program types.
  • Retrieve Loan/Order ID information from the Loan Tracking System (LTS).
  • Scan packages using the Imagic system.
  • Index documents in the Imagic indexing queue based on client-specific document taxonomy guidelines.
  • Efficiently process loans in the Efax queue.
  • Prepare and ship copies of documents via USPS or FedEx.
  • Follow routing rules to send original documents to the client.
  • Handle mail by counting, sorting, and processing it accurately.
  • Maintain the File Room in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Undertake other assigned duties and special projects as needed.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive and remain accurate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
