Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Associate Customer Relations Specialist to join our client in Montvale, NJ! Your focus will be on ensuring adherence to corporate policies, delivering exceptional customer service, and streamlining the order cycle time. Collaborating closely with our Supply Chain and Sales Teams, you will provide customers with valuable insights into order status, inventory availability, and shipment tracking. Your role will also involve measuring critical aspects of customer service and the order fulfillment process to drive continuous improvement. This Contract opportunity is offering $31-$35/HR!
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and oversee various order entry methods, including EDI, web, fax, and more.

Administer orders for assigned customers efficiently and accurately.

Continuously monitor daily order flow reports to expedite orders as necessary.

Address and rectify sales order-related Idoc errors.

Manage direct ship orders, facilitating the smooth exchange of information between factories and customers.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, responding to customer and vendor inquiries related to customer service activities.

Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to determine demand timing for customer orders and provide visibility into allocation of constrained models.

Handle approval requests and ensure timely resolution.

Enforce policies and escalate exception requests when required (e.g., returns, credits, expedited orders).

Monitor, report, and dispute customer compliance chargebacks.

Continuously explore opportunities for process automation.
-
Expedite the resolution of customer issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
-
Monitor errors or exceptions, identify root causes, and make recommendations to improve order fulfillment processes.

Review and approve all reconciliation debits and credits.
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution within assigned customer groups.

Utilize web-based tools and reports to deliver the highest level of customer service, exceeding expectations.

Participate in and complete assigned projects.

Identify customer deductions for compliance charges, maintain a tracking database, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate deductions.

Assist Finance in resolving chargeback discrepancy issues by working closely with Sales and Customers.

Collaborate seamlessly with Collection Analysts to justify denials and achieve goals.
-
Assist management with post-audits and special projects as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Familiarity with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations and promptly respond to customer needs.

Adherence to policies and procedures, with a commitment to completing administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Effective problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.

Technical proficiency in SAP, BW, Excel, and TD VMI Portal.
