Sales Coordinator

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an outgoing, detail oriented Sales Coordinator to join our client, a healthcare organization, in improving the overall patient experience. As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for educating patients on Medicare and other health topics by enrolling them in informational seminars. This is a remote, temporary opportunity starting at $20/hour!

Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator Include:

• Provide customer service to patients regarding educational seminars and sales campaigns. 
• Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, set up Zoom calls, and track attendance for patients and sales team. 
• Document all communication with patients in the company's sales portal.
• Manage and distribute sales informational materials. 
• Coordinate and interact with the sales team on operational updates on a daily basis. 
• Return all patient calls within a timely manner and provide detailed, accurate responses. 

Requirements of the Sales Coordinator:

• 2+ years prior customer service experience in a healthcare organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable working independently and as a member of a team
