Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to join our client in King of Prussia, PA for a hybrid opportunity! As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for several key areas within the HR department, contributing to the overall well-being and success of our team. Your primary focus will be on employee relations and engagement, HRIS/reporting, audits/compliance, benefits administration, and various special projects. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity is offering up to $32/HR based on educational background and experience!
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director to address employee relation issues, including in-clinic support and performance management.

Proactively monitor employee feedback, eNPS scores, and online reviews to identify concerns and trends, taking appropriate actions.

Support employees throughout their lifecycle experience, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Oversee the termination process, conducting exit interviews with departing team members.

Play an active role in planning and organizing company-wide team-building events.

Assist in creating new HR documents such as policies and job descriptions, with input from relevant teams and final approval by the Director.

Maintain the HRIS and payroll system by conducting regular information audits for accuracy and updating employee records as needed (e.g., changes in hours or promotions).

Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as assigned.

Compile and analyze data for presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure data integrity and reliability.

Conduct audits of employee files to ensure compliance with federal, state, child safety, and payor requirements.

Stay up-to-date with state and local regulations to ensure adherence.

Address team members' inquiries regarding benefit offerings.

Respond to questions about pay, pay stubs, and employment-related data requests (VOEs).

Manage Leave of Absence requests and progress for all employees.

Participate in and contribute to various special projects as assigned.
Skills and Competencies:

4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on Employee Relations.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field.

SHRM certification is a plus, though not required.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
