Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our client in Haddonfield, NJ for a hybrid opportunity! This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering an annual salary of $55,000-$65,000!
Responsibilities:

Implement effective pricing and on-boarding strategies to attract and retain new and existing customers.

Increase customer load count by accepting, building, scheduling, and managing loads using customer-specific platforms.

Execute spot quotes and bids on customer load board platforms, utilizing pricing tools.

Collaborate with Capacity Specialists, Pricing, and Business Development to ensure pricing strategies align with market intelligence.

Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and collaborate with various teams to develop strategies to win new business.

Drive decision-making and participate in problem-solving activities to achieve team and company goals independently.

Participate in strategy meetings to support customer onboarding, integrations, and RFPs, following outlined processes.

Work closely with Capacity Specialists to meet or exceed customer profitability goals and minimize load turnbacks.

Escalate and inform OEM about negative ROI loads or lanes, with proposed improvement strategies.

Understand assigned customer requirements, SOCs/SOPs, and apply them to freight management for repeat business.

Proactively identify areas for internal process improvement within assigned accounts to increase load count, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Leverage customer relationships to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts and document prospect/customer interactions in the client's CRM platform for cross-functional visibility.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High school diploma or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent industry training or experience.

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role.

Basic understanding of MS Office and willingness to learn related technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Communications (preferred).

Certified Broker Transportation certificate or other relevant industry certification.

Proficiency in or aptitude to learn MS Office and related technologies.
