Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to join our client in Landsdale, PA! The Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the organizational processes, enhancing productivity and efficiency, and upholding quality standards across the company. This role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for implementing effective processes and best practices throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an operations manager role, including team management. This Direct Hire opportunity is offering an annual salary of $100,000-$120,000!

Process Improvement: Assess and improve company performance by identifying areas for enhancement in operations, efficiency, and quality standards.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and performance standards.

Compliance and Quality: Secure and maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. Implement best practices at all organizational levels.

Customer Service: Identify strategies to elevate the quality of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Process Implementation: Drive the implementation of efficient processes and practices across the organization, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Play a pivotal role in the company's financial planning by overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes.

Profitability: Contribute to the company's profitability by ensuring that operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with financial goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in the United States, ideally in operations management, business, or a related field.

Proven working experience with ERP systems.

Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Familiarity with financial principles.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Prior experience in the Consumer Goods Industry (not retail).
