The role primarily entails the execution of repetitive manual tasks, involving the review of transaction records and attachments for compliance. Navigate our systems to access transaction records.

Retrieve attachments from transaction records.

Scrutinize attachments for compliance with established regulations.

Maintain precise and well-organized records of audit findings.

Document any non-compliance issues discovered during the audit process.

Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing audit results.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the efficient completion of audit tasks.

Participate in team meetings and discussions as required.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in an accounting firm is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

This is a part-time, temporary position, requiring 20-25 hours of work per week with a flexible schedule during the workweek. You will be expected to be present in our Montvale, NJ office 2-3 days per week.
