Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Training Assistant to join our client in Wayne, PA for a hybrid opportunity! The Training Assistant will work closely with the Training team to support the development and coordination of training programs. Your responsibilities will include identifying critical resources to meet training requirements, offering ongoing mentorship to team members, and ensuring a culture of encouragement, professionalism, and customer advocacy. In addition, you will assist with quality assurance activities and collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Team to identify trends and training needs. This Contract-to-Possible-Hire opportunity is offering $21/HR!

Collaborate with the Training team to develop, organize, and coordinate training programs for designated employees.

Work closely with Supervisors to identify resources needed to fulfill training requirements effectively.

Provide mentorship and support to team members in developing the skills and competencies required for success.

Maintain a climate of encouragement, professionalism, and customer advocacy within the training environment.

Assist with quality assurance activities, gathering and analyzing data to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.

Interact closely with the Quality Assurance Team to identify trends and training needs, contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite. Presentation capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and ensure assignments are delivered on time.
