Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client King of Prussia, PA! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of customer service and should possess strong communication skills, be computer-savvy, and have basic math skills. This role is crucial for providing exceptional customer service in a manufacturing environment. This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering an annual salary of $42,000-$45,000!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer support in a manufacturing setting, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Utilize our Windows-based database to access and update customer information.
  • Work with spreadsheet software (Excel) to manage data and perform basic calculations.
  • Use MS Outlook for most communications with customers and team members.
  • Perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, division, and calculating percentages, as needed for order processing and inquiries.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively address customer needs and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Be a reliable and punctual team member.
  • Have contingency plans for childcare to ensure punctuality and attendance.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates with retail customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in using Windows-based databases.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data management.
  • Competency in MS Outlook for communication.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, divide, and calculate percentages.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for effective customer interactions.
