Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join our client in Mount Laurel, NJ! In this role, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analytics, audits, and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities, issues, and process improvements within the Revenue Cycle. This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering an annual salary of $80,000-$85,000!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform quantitative and financial analysis, along with audits, to identify opportunities for improvement across the entire Revenue Cycle.
  • Ensure charge master and fee schedules compliance with government policies, procedures, and third-party payer needs.
  • Review and analyze necessary CPT changes related to quarterly and annual AMA CPT updates and regulatory changes.
  • Conduct internal billing audits to ensure coding and billing regulatory compliance and charge capture accuracy.
  • Develop close working relationships with management and staff in Revenue Integrity, Finance, Information Technology, Revenue, and Clinical Operations.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, solutions, and potential corrective action steps.
  • Monitor and assist with the review of revenue cycle workqueues in Epic.
  • Conduct analysis to identify issues, trending, root causes, and develop action plans for workqueue issues.
  • Assist in the strategic pricing process to optimize reimbursement within budget guidelines.
  • Participate in Epic performance reporting, including Revenue & Usage, Enterprise Charge Reconciliation, and Volume Reports.
  • Analyze billing errors and denial data to identify root causes of issues.
  • Work with Revenue Integrity Team, Clinical Operations, and Patient Financial Services staff to implement corrective actions and ensure compliant charges and accurate reimbursement.
  • Lead and participate in projects related to Revenue Cycle initiatives.
  • Provide input to Director and Manager for annual Revenue Integrity planning processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience within a large hospital or integrated healthcare delivery system.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and business lines.
  • Exceptional oral/written communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and execution abilities.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • EPIC Revenue Integrity, Hospital Billing, Physician Billing Certification preferred.
