Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a DE Associate Attorney to join our client in Wilmington, DE! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in handling personal injury cases, specializing in motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation, premises liability, construction accidents, trucking incidents, FELA railroad cases, and medical malpractice. This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering an annual salary of $90,000-$120,000!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and handle a caseload independently, demonstrating proactive case management skills.
  • Navigate the civil discovery process with proficiency.
  • Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with firm partners, balancing independence and teamwork based on the nature and size of each case.
  • Uphold our commitment to putting clients first by aggressively pursuing the best possible outcomes through settlements, awards, or verdicts.
  • Possess trial, mediation, and arbitration experience (a plus).

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of legal experience; consideration may be given to candidates with 1-2 years of exceptional qualifications.
  • Admitted to the Delaware Bar.
  • Background in plaintiff-side personal injury, defense-side personal injury, or civil litigation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to move cases forward efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving optimal results for clients.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in-good-standing membership with the Delaware State Bar.
  • Proven experience handling personal injury cases.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
  • Trial, mediation, and arbitration experience.
  • Familiarity with Delaware legal procedures and regulations.
