As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This Contract opportunity is offering $25/HR!

Efficiently manage the phone system, including transferring calls and addressing inquiries.

Perform typing and data entry tasks to support office operations.

Handle incoming packages and distribute them appropriately within the firm.

Serve as the central point for all calls across multiple offices, requiring adept problem-solving skills to determine proper routing.

Prioritize and inform attorneys about incoming calls before transferring them.

Take charge of authorizing access for individuals attending meetings, adhering to the security list.
Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles within a professional environment.
