Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our client in Mount Laurel, NJ! You will play a vital role in the efficient management of our vehicle licensing processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with State Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies, internal teams, and external clients to ensure the accurate and timely completion of licensing requirements for a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and specialized equipment. This Contract opportunity is offering $22.50/HR!
Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with State Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies to process and complete client's vehicle licensing requirements.

Efficiently and accurately complete state licensing documents for a range of vehicles.

Work closely with internal and external clients to ensure proper licensing, offering recommendations on best practices.

Respond to license-related inquiries through various communication platforms.

Process licensing work using internal online systems, direct interaction with State Division of Motor Vehicle, and collaboration with third-party licensing vendors.

Stay informed about changes in state laws and requirements, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in various States on licensing procedures.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for cross-departmental processes.

Assist in the training of new and existing employees and provide support to co-workers with questions.

Maintain data integrity of vehicle information.

Collaborate with Licensing Analyst on client-specific parameters.

Troubleshoot licensing delays and explore alternative solutions.

Work with clients to ensure all required state documentation and inspections are included with licensing paperwork.

Proactively follow up on licensing to ensure deadlines are met.

Uphold Raving Fans Customer Service by ensuring prompt and thorough responses to inquiries.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Familiarity with office technology and equipment.

Entry level workload will be assigned.

Knowledge of DMV regulations and/or Supply Chain processes helpful, but not necessary.

Strong administrative skills.

Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multiple priorities to meet required deadlines.
