Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Legal Document Specialist to join our client in Radnor, PA for a hybrid opportunity! This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering an annual salary of $60,000-$80,000!
Responsibilities:

Create, modify, and format legal documents in accordance with firm specifications using various software applications.

Provide help desk support to address and resolve application queries efficiently.

Assist staff and attorneys in troubleshooting and resolving document-related issues.

Restore and recover corrupted document files as needed.

Generate charts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets as requested.

Convert, clean, and format documents to and from different file formats.

Conduct thorough editing and proofreading of legal documents.

Ensure completion of all assigned tasks within specified deadlines with accuracy and timeliness.

Adhere to established policies and procedures consistently.

Perform additional administrative duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal word/document processor.

Advanced proficiency in word processing, document formatting, document repair, and information management, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Experience with iManage, BigHand Create, Hyperstyles (formerly Payne Numbering), Litera Compare, and Litera Metadact is advantageous.

Meticulous attention to detail is a prerequisite.

Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to proofread and edit legal documents, including briefs, memos, and correspondence.

Proficient in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines under time constraints with minimal supervision.

Team-oriented with the capability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Familiarity with generating Table of Contents, Table of Authorities, and outlines.

Proficiency in using Word styles and performing mail merges.

Ability to work with complex Excel spreadsheets, including knowledge of formulas, filters, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables (a plus but not required).

Competence in creating professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.

Prior experience with Trial Director is advantageous but not required.

Knowledge of federal court rules is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys and staff.

Ability to work professionally under pressure and handle challenging situations with a consistently calm and positive demeanor.

Capability to handle confidential and highly sensitive matters discreetly and professionally.
