Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our client for a fully remote opportunity! This position will play a pivotal role in elevating our client’s training initiatives by collaborating with subject matter experts, trainers, and team members. This position involves designing and developing captivating learning materials that align with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for various aspects of instructional design, including curriculum development, needs assessment, content creation, learning technologies utilization, evaluation, compliance, and project management. This Contract opportunity is offering $36-$41/HR!

Design, develop, and revise training materials, encompassing eLearning modules, instructor-led training resources, presentations, and other educational assets.

Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct comprehensive training needs assessments, identifying performance gaps to shape curriculum development.

Generate interactive and engaging learning content fostering knowledge retention and skill development.

Employ instructional design tools and technologies, including eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems, to enhance the learning experience.

Develop assessment tools and conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Ensure that all training materials adhere to industry regulations and comply with relevant policies.

Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

Stay abreast of industry trends, instructional design best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance training strategies.

Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Two (2) to four (4) years of demonstrated work experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training program creation, with a solid grasp of adult learning theory.

Proficient in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline 360), learning management systems, and multimedia software. Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams is essential. Knowledge of SharePoint, Smartsheet, Canva, Vyond, Camtasia, and Microsoft Clipchamp is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus, though not mandatory.

Ability to comprehend business journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Capable of presenting information and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders.
