Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a seasoned and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our client in Chandler, AZ! This is a contract role providing maternity coverage for two members on the marketing team. This role requires strong project management skills to oversee existing projects and ensure their progression during the overlapping maternity leaves. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and assertive personality, thriving in a corporate environment. This temporary position demands an individual who is comfortable taking the lead, asking questions, and driving initiatives forward. This opportunity is offering $30-$35/HR!

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Ensure the smooth progression of ongoing projects, employing strong project management skills and frequent follow-ups to maintain momentum.
  • Corporate Environment: Utilize prior experience in a corporate setting to navigate and contribute effectively to the team's success.
  • (Role 1):
    • Content Marketing: Develop and manage content for various marketing channels.
    • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts and campaigns.
    • Digital/Paid Marketing: Contribute to digital marketing strategies and execution.
    • Public Relations and Corporate Communications: Assist in PR and corporate communication initiatives.
    • Product Marketing: Support product marketing activities.
    • Market Research and Analytics: Conduct research and analyze market trends.
    • Internal Communications: Collaborate on internal communication strategies.
  • (Role 2):
    • Manage Global Paid Media Calendar: Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of paid media activities.
    • Collaborate with Graphic Designers & Vendors: Work closely with designers and vendors to create effective campaigns.
    • Deploy and Manage Digital Campaigns: Implement and oversee digital marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze Dashboard and Campaign Metrics: Evaluate campaign performance using analytics tools.
    • Manage External Emails via HubSpot: Handle external email communications through the HubSpot platform.
    • Sales/Product Support: Create and update documents related to sales and product support, including tradeshow messaging docs and FAQs.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Assertive and proactive personality.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, social media management, digital/paid marketing, public relations, product marketing, market research, analytics, and internal communications.
  • Experience with HubSpot and other marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
