Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client for a remote opportunity! This is an evening shift 2pm-11pm EST Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will provide technical and telephonic support to Spanish speaking customers! This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $19.25/HR!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephone service and assistance to company customers and other claim-related parties.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a polite, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Enter and maintain required claim information into the company claim system.
  • Notify appropriate technical personnel about new losses and technical inquiries.
  • Provide pre and post-loss material to assigned customers as required.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as required or directed.

Requirements:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Advanced and accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of various computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Microsoft Office platform).
  • Poise, tact, and diplomacy at all times.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed, especially during catastrophes.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
  • Clear and concise communication with customers, claimants, and other involved parties.
  • Ability to sit for long periods and consistent data entry/typing ability.
