Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking two Regional Human Resources Business Partners to join our client for a hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA! These roles require 25-40% travel within assigned regions (region one is Philadelphia up through Connecticut and region two is the remainder of PA down to Maryland). As a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by collaborating with leaders within your assigned region. Serving as a strategic HR advisor, you will work closely with the VP of People Operations to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. This consultative role involves fostering a positive and inclusive culture, enhancing workforce performance, and ensuring the well-being and engagement of team members. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $85,000/year along with a 10% bonus!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the VP of People Operations to execute workforce planning, training, talent retention, and compensation strategies.
  • Propose and implement policies and programs to enhance team member performance, engagement, development, and accountability.
  • Work with leaders to set team goals, provide performance feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Support leaders in managing the entire team member experience, from onboarding to performance management.
  • Define, collect, analyze, and present data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of people-related initiatives.
  • Utilize insights to identify growth opportunities and make informed recommendations.
  • Partner with leaders to oversee end-to-end talent management processes.
  • Administer or coordinate compliance training, leadership training, and employee training.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure ongoing engagement events and promote awareness of benefits and well-being programs.
  • Facilitate the rollout of open enrollment and execute structured programs to drive engagement.
  • Interpret and provide guidance on policies and employment laws.
  • Collaborate with leaders on coaching, counseling, and disciplinary strategies for employee relations issues.

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum of five years of strategic HR Business Partner experience.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification and extensive knowledge of state laws related to human resources.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to convey complex data in a simplified, actionable way.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization, provide feedback to leaders, and collaborate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in human resource development or additional equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a for-profit healthcare environment.
