The Total Rewards Analyst plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This position involves conducting in-depth analyses, providing consultative guidance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Total Rewards Analyst collaborates with various stakeholders, including HRBPs and business managers, to maintain a competitive compensation structure and deliver comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.

Provide recommendations for new hire salary offers, promotions, transfers, and other compensation actions.

Perform market data analysis for new and existing jobs, participate in annual salary surveys, and maintain market pricing tools and tracking files.

Regularly review and update job descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and audit job classifications for accuracy and compliance.

Provide consultative guidance at all levels of the organization on compensation matters.

Collaborate with HRBPs and business managers to maintain organizational compensation structure and address compensation-related issues.

Create and maintain compensation process documentation and tracking files to manage all salary change requests through the approval process.

Administer and facilitate the company’s annual merit increase and bonus programs.

Develop and maintain a library of benchmark positions for regular company-wide market analyses.

Analyze salary structures to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent.

Assist with annual open enrollment, develop presentations, and communicate benefits information to educate employees on available programs.

Research and resolve escalated benefit issues with brokers, carriers, and vendors.

Administer and coordinate retirement plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Audit and review Payroll benefit deductions and benefits invoices as needed.

Collect, develop, review, and facilitate the completion of annual benefits and compensation compliance requirements.

Develop and document regular controls and practices to validate the accuracy and efficiency of processes.

Assist in internal and external audit responses.

Appropriately assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

1-4 years of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating a strong knowledge of benefits and compensation.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and other Federal and State regulations (HIPAA certification a plus).

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to counsel employees through various situations.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel.

Proven ability to work independently with proper judgment and decision-making skills.
