Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Ironclad Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA 19104! The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of NetSuite and Ironclad, with proficiency in Excel, Legal Management Systems, and a background in sales operations or accounting (administrative experience is a plus). The role requires professional communication skills and the ability to contribute to office work within the administration departments. This Contract opportunity offers $17-$20/HR!

Support sales/Account Managers by reinforcing training materials.
- Create concise how-to guides for regular issues that may arise.
- Enter pricing information from Ironclad into NetSuite.
- Provide escalation support to Legal, Aaron, and Amanda as needed.
- Set up basic dashboards for monitoring and accountability.
- Regularly send out reports addressing specific areas:
- Missing fields.
- Confusing fields.
- Statistics on legal review/signature lag.
- Identify and find old agreements for loading into Ironclad as required.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Ironclad.
- Proficient in Excel, capable of performing Vlookups and utilizing formulas.
- Knowledge of Legal Management Systems.
- Experience in sales operations or accounting (administrative experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
- Strong and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable with office work within administration departments.
