Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) Sr. Program Consultant to join our client in Camden, NJ for a hybrid opportunity! This role involves strategic project management, execution of DEIB initiatives, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. This Contract opportunity offers $40.82-$51.02/HR!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and fulfilling DEIB strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the execution of highly visible and multi-faceted projects, partnering with internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Track and monitor the results and impact of DEIB programs, events, and educational resources.
  • Utilize data insights to inform strategy, create narratives, and operationalize solutions.
  • Keep DEIB intranet page content fresh and up-to-date, working closely with internal teams for regular updates.
  • Draft news alerts for senior leadership and manage the DEIB email account, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Support the coordination of five Employee Resource Groups, organizing meetings, updating SOPs, and promoting events.
  • Collaborate with ERG leads to draft communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in executing DEIB content/interview series and contribute to national business meetings, potentially requiring travel.
  • Manage the DEIB shared drive, organize meetings, order materials for events, and oversee inventory of DEIB gear.
  • Collaborate on the creation of PowerPoint slides for internal presentations.
  • Work effectively with internal stakeholders, presenting to various levels of employees.
  • Interact with external organizations and stakeholders, following up on requests or tasks.
  • Stay informed on current national DEI events, conduct research on best practices, and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:
  • At least five years of professional experience in the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging space.
  • Proven track record of executing DEI initiatives through program management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multi-faceted projects.
  • Experience in interacting and communicating with senior leadership, including executive teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and advanced knowledge of Outlook, Forms (Survey Creation, QR Codes).
  • Comfortable working independently with support and oversight from the Associate Director of DEIB.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information or proprietary data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (not mandatory).
