Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Haddonfield, NJ! This Direct-Hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $80,000-$100,000/year!
Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a multi-year strategic marketing program to ensure brand consistency across various channels.

Prepare and distribute press releases, manage media relationships, and oversee publications.

Coordinate monthly webinar campaigns, manage podcasts/blogs, and ensure external partners are updated on strategic plans.

Manage and promote survey results, both internally and externally.

Supervise staff and college interns to support departmental activities.

Manage third-party resources to augment departmental work.

Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns, including print marketing, collateral, promotional items, and general merchandise.

Coordinate external events and trade shows, managing booth setup, materials, and post-event communication.

Design and maintain websites, ensuring accuracy, content, design, and functionality.

Optimize SEO and handle inquiries from online sources.

Design and maintain social media, graphics, and videos to drive brand visibility.

Monitor and analyze KPIs, presenting results to the CEO regularly.

Manage CRM landing pages, forms, workflows, and lists for targeted marketing efforts.

Manage marketing responsibilities for new team member onboarding.

Collaborate with People and Culture for team member milestones and celebrations.

Promote company events, activities, and gifts to enhance team member engagement.

Manage industry memberships to promote the client and drive market share.

Deliver sentiments to external stakeholders during milestones.

Monitor alerts, respond to reviews, and maintain a positive company reputation.

Travel to trade shows and customer events sponsored by the company.

Collaborate with People and Culture on talent acquisition and promotion strategies.

Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations, meeting preparation, and special projects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

3+ years managing a marketing department.

5+ years of experience in multiple marketing duties.

Experience in websites, social media, and digital channels.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.

Proactive, independent, and team-oriented.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, WordPress, and other relevant platforms.
