Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Social Media Specialist/Graphic Designer to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $33/Hour!

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and create innovative designs, concepts, and layouts for digital, video, and photographic content across various platforms, including the Company's website, print, digital, and social media channels.
  • Develop and create graphics for social media channels, ensuring adaptability for print and online publications, illustrations, collateral materials, website, and video.
  • Manage, update, and monitor the Company's social media channels, contributing to the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Design digital graphics, flyers, brochures, rack cards, posters, and logos for Company-wide use.
  • Create, shoot, edit, and produce short videos within tight timelines.
  • Conduct digital photography at company and community events for use on social media platforms, collateral materials, marketing, and advertising.
  • Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects and assignments.
  • Assist in the development of social media strategies for division departments.
  • Generate relevant and engaging content for all Company social media channels.
  • Cultivate individual relationships and partnerships to support Company initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a concentration in Communications, graphic design, visual/media arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in graphic design, social media, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in graphic design, with experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Experience in content production for social media, including the ability to create compelling visuals and videos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with graphic design programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of digital photography and the ability to shoot images for multiple content platforms.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills in handling, directing, and prioritizing multiple and complex assignments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a customer service focus.

Preferred:
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment with other content creators, designers, and editors.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience working with vendors/printers to obtain quotes, execute jobs, and resolve problems and disputes.
