Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client in Jacksonville, FL! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of our sales. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $40,000-$48,000/year based on experience + quarterly bonuses/commissions!

- Conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects, actively engaging in the sales process.
- Provide timely and accurate sales quotes, negotiate credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Process purchase orders (PO) efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Coordinate shipping schedules, generate pick tickets, and provide logistic support as needed.
- Grow customer sales and relations through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Education and Qualifications:
- Associate or College degree desired.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales with a focus on customer service (inbound/outbound); telemarketing experience is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with Quickbooks and CRM Software is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver superior customer service, always prioritizing the needs of the customer.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of product sales experience.
- Energetic and professional attitude with a commitment to achieving results.
