Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking Recruiter to join our client in Wayne, PA! As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent globally, ensuring the success of our growing organization. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $80,000-$100,000/year + bonus!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for open positions in North America and Europe.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner in meeting business needs.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices throughout the interview process.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate follow-up discussions with leadership for feedback.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners on workforce planning initiatives.
  • Attend job fairs and establish relationships with colleges and universities to attract emerging talent.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate and efficient recruiting efforts.
  • Assist in the onboarding process from ATS to HRIS system.
  • Oversee 3rd party recruiting vendors, ensuring effective partnerships and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team and VP of HR to review and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assess the Talent Acquisition process for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of best practices and policies related to Talent Acquisition.

Experience, Education, and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; tech recruiting experience preferred.
  • Global recruiting experience, particularly in Germany, The Netherlands, or the UK, highly desired.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, required; experience with ADP HRIS, a plus.
  • Proven success in executing creative sourcing strategies and maintaining professional networks.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
