Contemporary Staffing Solution is seeking a HR Manager, Benefits Operations to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Blue Bell, PA! This Direct-Hire opportunity offers an annual salary of $100,000-$120,000/year!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for benefits administration, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in benefits administration, including but not limited to leave of absence, healthcare benefits, and 401k management.
  • Partner with and oversee vendors to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Utilize system and process automation to streamline benefits administration, increasing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate benefit programs to employees, promoting high adoption, participation, and engagement rates.
  • Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process, including system administration, employee education, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at managing time effectively and handling competing demands.
  • Proficient in project management techniques and practices to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Skilled in process improvement and process mapping to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of US and Canadian benefit programs, including 401k administration.
  • Thorough understanding of health and welfare regulations including ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, including hands-on management of self-insured medical plans and 401(k) plans.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, along with proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
