Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Trainer to join our client in the Tri-State area! The successful candidate will be responsible for training over 500 associates across multiple locations, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new system. This role requires travel to different sites, delivering engaging and interactive training sessions while demonstrating patience and understanding towards employees' frustrations with the transition process. This Contract opportunity is offering $50-$60/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive training on the current teller system and processes to understand the transition.
  • Facilitate training sessions on the new Digital Teller 1 system and processes.
  • Travel to different sites, typically one location per week, to conduct training sessions.
  • Ensure training sessions are fun, interactive, and aligned with company culture.
  • Arrive on time with necessary materials for training sessions.
  • Manage training schedule and logistics, including keys and alarm codes for facility access.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure while managing training sessions independently.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees experiencing challenges with the transition process.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in training facilitation.
  • Experience in the banking industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel and comfortable with car travel.
  • A dynamic and engaging personality that aligns with the company culture.

Additional Information:
  • Compensation includes a stipend for travel or mileage reimbursement, as well as reimbursement for parking expenses.
  • Initially, the position will be part-time (approximately 25 hours per week) with the potential to transition to full-time (32-36 hours per week).
