Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Commercial Loss Coordinator to join our client for a part-time, remote opportunity! This opportunity is 20 to 30 hours a week M-F, 11PM – 5AM/overnight hours). You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of commercial losses, ensuring efficient resolution and excellent customer experience. This role requires a combination of negotiation, communication, and administrative skills, along with a solid understanding of the insurance industry and claims processes. This Contract opportunity offers $24-$25/Hour!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers experiencing commercial losses, ensuring a positive and empathetic customer experience.
  • Coordinate and manage commercial loss cases, including data management, administrative tasks, and monitoring job progress.
  • Administer partner relationships and ensure operational compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Handle team administrative tasks to support smooth operations and collaboration.
  • Undertake all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in restoration, insurance, or commercial/facility sales is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and marketing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • General knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processes.
  • Obtain necessary industry trade certifications as required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Familiarity with cost analysis techniques.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and exercise judgment.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to influence others without direct authority.
