Contemporary  Staffing Solutions is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our client in Somers Point, NJ!  As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining a thriving community environment. This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering $18-$22/Hour based on experience!

Role Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the curb appeal of the property by ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, amenities, and vacant apartments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Record and prioritize resident service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and manage service schedules to ensure efficient property operations.
  • Plan and organize community events and activities in collaboration with property operations staff and residents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including rent collection, lease enforcement, and resident communications.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations, including Fair Housing and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
