Litigation Paralegal

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an experienced, detail oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our client in Philadelphia, PA! As the Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to the law office. This is a direct hire, hybrid opportunity starting at $75,000/year!

Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal Include:

• Manage multiple cases from start to trial at once by providing administrative support to the firm. 
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and discovery production documents.
• Collect, review, and analyze documents in preparation for trial. 
• Conduct research, as needed, and summarize results.
• Work independently and follow up on tasks with a sense of urgency. 
• Utilize excellent communication and writing skills to interact professionally with clients and attorneys. 
• Understand all phases of the litigation process to provide exceptional assistance to the firm's attorneys. 

Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 2+ years experience as a toxic tort and/or general litigation paralegal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, and Adobe DC
• Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
