Overview: Our client is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to delivering exceptional Internal Product Platforms and Tools. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in defining content structure and navigation for their internal product ecosystem.
This position is PART-TIME (20-30 hours per week) and 100% REMOTE.
Job Description: The Senior UX Designer is responsible for creating a seamless and intuitive user experience across our Internal Product Platforms and Tools. The Sr. UX Designer will work collaboratively with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Developers to translate project requirements into interactive design deliverables, including wireframes, empathy maps, feature lists, mockups, UX guidelines, customer journey maps, prototypes, and other artifacts.
Responsibilities:
- Define content structure and navigation for Internal Product Platforms and Tools.
- Create interactive design deliverables such as wireframes, empathy maps, feature lists, mockups, UX guidelines, customer journey maps, prototypes, and other artifacts.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Developers to ensure that project requirements clearly define the user experience and interaction functionality.
- Lead the information architecture (IA) for project delivery teams by leveraging deep knowledge of customer behavior and research.
- Make independent decisions and drive projects forward efficiently, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously without explicit direction from the UX Manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Information Architecture).
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or Architect or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on user research, analytics, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide project delivery teams through the UX design process
