Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Streaming Coordinator to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in West Chester, PA! In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our streaming service builds by managing CMS maintenance for content, graphics, and copy. Your responsibilities will include coordinating media content requests, submitting requests for video-on-demand (VOD) content, and maintaining a calendarized view of streaming service content. This Contract opportunity offers $23/Hour!

Responsibilities:
  • Support the team through CMS maintenance for streaming service builds, including content, graphics, and copy.
  • Coordinate and manage media content requests with media management and audience development teams.
  • Create and submit requests for video-on-demand (VOD) content to be transcoded to Brightcove, including shows, product sells, promos, and additional short-form videos.
  • Create and submit requests for product sales to be edited from live show recordings and close-captioned.
  • Maintain a calendarized view of streaming service content for short-term and long-range planning in Airtable, including exclusive platform deals and promotions.
  • Assist in channel builds of current and emerging 24-hour channels.
  • Accurately maintain the content database.

Required Skills:
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Office experience/data entry experience required; previous work experience in the streaming or TV industry is not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel); willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Experience with metadata, broadcast, or streaming is a plus but not required.
