Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Jacksonville, FL! The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries through all communication channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Process customer returns, repairs, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with online order processing and modifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
