Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Patient Recruitment Associate to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be in central or eastern time zones)! The Patient Recruitment Associate will actively engage with potential study participants, facilitating their enrollment in clinical research studies, and maintaining accurate records of patient data. This Contract opportunity offers $24/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen potential study participants according to protocol inclusion and exclusion criteria by asking study-specific questions.
  • Review, enter, and edit patient information into clinical trial management software with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and maintain up-to-date records in site schedulers.
  • Read and understand the purpose and inclusion/exclusion criteria for each protocol to effectively communicate study opportunities to interested volunteers.
  • Respond to all leads within a 24-hour timeframe to ensure timely engagement with potential participants.
  • Identify appropriate study opportunities for interested volunteers based on knowledge of clinical trials and neighboring locations.
  • Problem-solve and create contingency plans to optimize enrollment and address recruitment challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the importance of research participation to volunteers, building positive rapport and ensuring consistent follow-up.
  • Strive to meet personal and team targets for patient recruitment.
  • Work in strict confidentiality in all forms, including electronically, written form, and verbal communication.
  • Be accountable for delivering high-quality, accurate work and ensure all administration is filed accordingly.
  • Self-motivate and organize workload to ensure effective delivery of delegated tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrate business curiosity aligned with company values.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year prior working experience in a relevant field preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a call center, sales, or marketing role will be considered an asset
  • Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box ideas for marketing and research promotion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • IT literate, with proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology would be helpful but not essential
