Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Graphic & Motion Designer to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The role involves blending traditional graphic design skills with motion graphics expertise to craft captivating and brand-aligned creative content across various marketing and communications platforms. The ideal candidate will showcase advanced proficiency in contemporary design and video software, possessing adeptness in every phase of the design journey, from initial concept to final deliverable. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $45-$48/Hour!

Job Responsibilities:

Develop compelling graphics, animations, videos, and other creative assets for various mediums, including web, social media, and digital channels, ensuring alignment with the client's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Produce high-quality design assets consistent with established brand guidelines to support diverse business lines, products, and services.
Contribute to graphic design and video projects from inception to completion, encompassing storyboarding, design, animation, feedback incorporation, quality assurance, and production.
Collaborate closely with fellow marketing team members to maintain a unified visual identity across all mediums.
Cultivate a deep understanding of our target audiences and the business sectors we serve.
Stay abreast of design trends and emerging technologies.
Utilize influencing and presentation skills to garner support for design concepts.
Uphold and refine brand standards.
Foster collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and vendors, serving as a design authority.
Work collaboratively with product teams, business units, and management.
Manage workload efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
Comprehensive understanding of the motion design and video production process.
Proficiency in both print and digital media.
Experience crafting graphics, illustrations, videos, gifs, and other creative assets for web, social media, and digital platforms.
Expertise in preparing graphics for various applications, including high-resolution printing and web usage.
Diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design sensibilities, creativity, layout prowess, and corporate branding expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Capacity to manage multiple projects while maintaining flexibility and meticulous attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of the latest Adobe Creative Suite applications.
