Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our client, a healthcare organization, for a remote (EST), part-time opportunity! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries. This contract opportunity is offering $19/hour!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Include:
  • Complete customer service tasks in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customers have the information and assistance needed to maintain the company's service standards. 
  • Respond to inbound customer calls and provide accurate information to callers; escalate situations to management or other departments, as needed. 
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers. 
  • Enter customer call information in the company's database for tracking of issues and inquiries. 
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the company's overall customer service efforts. 
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
  • HS Diploma or GED; 1-2 years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
  • Ability to work part-time, 20-25 hours per week
