Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Customer Service Representative to join our client, a healthcare organization, for a
remote (EST), part-time opportunity! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries. This contract opportunity is offering $19/hour!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Include:
- Complete customer service tasks in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customers have the information and assistance needed to maintain the company's service standards.
- Respond to inbound customer calls and provide accurate information to callers; escalate situations to management or other departments, as needed.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
- Enter customer call information in the company's database for tracking of issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the company's overall customer service efforts.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
- HS Diploma or GED; 1-2 years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
- Ability to work part-time, 20-25 hours per week
