Nurse Paralegal

Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking an experienced Nurse Paralegal to join our client, a law firm, located in Wilmington, DE! As the Nurse Paralegal, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating potential medical malpractice cases. This is a direct hire, onsite opportunity starting at $75,000/year depending on experience! 

Responsibilities of the Nurse Paralegal Include:

• Utilize effective communication skills to work with clients and provide updates regarding the potential malpractice case status. 
• Review and analyze medical records and documentation for instances of malpractice. 
• Perform research, as needed, to assist with the case. 
• Compile evidence for attorneys. 
• Provide additional administrative support, as needed. 

Requirements of the Nurse Paralegal:

• Nursing degree and license, in addition to 5+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; research and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
