Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Delivery Logistics Coordinator to join our client in Mount Laurel, NJ! This Contract opportunity is offering $22.50/HR!

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate the delivery and licensing status of vehicles at courtesy delivery dealerships nationwide.
  • Manage the recall and reprinting of essential paperwork, including MSOs, for vehicles acquired from dealer stock, as well as for driver, dealer, or licensing party modifications.
  • Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders, such as Client Relations and Vehicle Supply Chain, by promptly notifying them of any delays that might impact successful vehicle delivery, along with expected timelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data in the status system by adding timely, clear, and concise notes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with the team on projects to meet or exceed delivery deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Prior experience working with vendors is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of auto dealerships is a significant advantage. However, we are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds and are willing to provide training as necessary.
  • Open to candidates at an entry-level, provided they demonstrate longevity and sufficient administrative capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with clients, external vendors, and internal colleagues.
  • Critical thinking abilities to address complex challenges effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Emphasis on accuracy and efficiency, especially when handling a high volume of tasks.
  • Proficiency in both independent work and team collaboration.
