Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in King of Prussia, PA! The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, forecasting, and reporting on the company’s revenue streams across all business lines. This role involves closely partnering with Sales leadership and Sales Operations to monitor pipeline sales, variable sales compensation, identify business trends, and recommend actionable insights. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $70,000-$84,000 annually.

- Develop, prepare, analyze, and review sales pipeline and financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Identify anomalies, trends, and necessary analyses.
- Track sales performance by individual sales representatives and calculate payouts according to the sales compensation plan. Forecast payouts based on varying levels of plan achievement.
- Develop operating expense plans with senior leadership. Track, report, and investigate variances in operating expenses and headcount plans. Update forecasts and recommend actions.
- Analyze and report trends in product loss ratios and renewal rates.
- Prepare analysis and presentations for quarterly board meetings.
- Research and analyze competitors and industry trends.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and build financial models to inform the team on operating strategies, investment recommendations, and new business opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; an MBA or other advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- At least 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or other analytical roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, business processes, and procedures, with technical expertise in relevant areas.
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with sound business judgment.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience in complex financial modeling and analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Adaptive Insights, or other reporting and planning applications is preferred.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management to achieve optimal performance and results.
- Reliable high-speed internet access (minimum of 75 Mbps).
