Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property Preservation Specialist to join our client in Langhorne, PA 19047! As a Property Preservation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing professional relationships with vendors and clients nationwide, ensuring properties are preserved and maintained according to our clients' needs and standards. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $17-$20/Hour based on experience!

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Respond to vendor and client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Review and audit submitted work orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Negotiate costs confidently within provided guidelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Assess the performance of vendors for quality assurance purposes, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Manage the timeliness and efficiency of workflow to meet company goals and deadlines consistently.
  • Possess a proficient understanding of property foreclosures and related processes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed company goals and deadlines.
  • Occasionally assist with sourcing vendors to meet client needs effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1 year of property preservation and FHA conveyance experience desired.
  • Prior outside sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Experience working in Aspen desired.
  • Bilingual desired.
