Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a People Operations Temp to join our client for a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA 30305 (this position is 90% WFH)! This Contract opportunity offers $21.87-$23.12/Hour!

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Recruiter to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now for HR onboarding procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating new hire orientation sessions.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in ADP, including I-9 verification.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to HR systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Coordinate volunteer events and virtual engagement activities.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with clerical tasks related to open enrollment, including employee communication and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure a seamless open enrollment process.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the employee handbook.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including candidate communication and interview coordination.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters and coordinating interview logistics.

Requirements:
  • Some experience within HR or Admin.
  • Some corporate experience is required, preferably within the IT industry or SaaS companies.
  • Maximum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Resourceful in handling projects, utilizing HR platforms and other tools as necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Ability to showcase potential and eagerness to learn during the interview process.
