Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The Client Support Analyst is responsible for facilitating the setup and maintenance of client accounts within the group setup and benefit administration system. This role involves collaborating with Sales or Brokers to understand client requirements, executing setup processes accurately, resolving setup issues, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $25-$30/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up client groups in the group and benefits administration systems, including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Liaise with Sales or Brokers to comprehend client benefits purchases and execute setup processes accordingly.
  • Manage internal processes such as reviewing customer records for accuracy, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines.
  • Determine the eligibility of new clients based on gathered information and process their setup accordingly.
  • Implement renewal changes requested by clients and execute cancellations and maintenance of group accounts.
  • Collaborate with Enrollment and Billing teams to communicate enrollment and billing actions required.
  • Investigate and resolve client setup issues in core platform systems, pharmacy setup issues, and access-to-care problems in the pharmacy benefit system.
  • Partner with benefit administration vendors to investigate and resolve setup issues.
  • Maintain documentation for quality control and submit documentation for group set-up and changes.
  • Foster strong business relationships with internal stakeholders such as Underwriting, Sales, Marketing, Enrollment, and Customer Service.
  • Handle broker setup processes, resolve discrepancies, and address broker inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform quality audits of documentation provided for group/customer set-up and coordinate missing materials when necessary.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to Sales and other areas regarding new business enrollment processes, benefit changes, and general customer issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional internal and vendor meetings as a representative of the Client Setup team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with some supervision and willingness to be cross-trained to assist other team members.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and external clients.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and following up to ensure issue resolution.
  • Aptitude to understand benefits and underwriting rating methodology with critical thinking skills to apply underwriting guidelines effectively.
  • High level of technical aptitude, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary and vendor systems.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
