Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Support Coordinator to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Mount Laurel, NJ! This role supports our client’s Mexico Ops team with vehicle purchase orders and related administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities in both English and Spanish, and proficiency in handling various computer systems, particularly Excel. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $25-$26/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Mexico Ops team by efficiently processing purchase orders and facilitating vehicle purchases.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage and organize purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in Mexico, providing bilingual support both verbally and in written communication.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to vehicle purchases and order processing.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns related to purchases from Mexico Ops.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to streamline purchase order management and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to vehicle purchasing and procurement processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Mexico Ops team as needed, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and ability to effectively manage tasks.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate skills preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, internal teams, and customers.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in administrative support or procurement roles is a plus.
