Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Clerical Support member to join our client in Wilmington, Delaware 19810! This role will primarily involve providing administrative assistance in managing company vehicle monitoring systems. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $21.87/Hour!

Monitor dashboards to ensure visibility of company vehicles.

Identify and flag poor quality or malfunctioning images from camera vendors.

Break down issues by terminal and communicate the status of vehicle cameras to each terminal. Distribute copies of reports to the equipment distribution list.

Request status updates from terminals regarding completed investigations and proper functioning of cameras.

Generate and analyze reports client’s system. Alert relevant locations about any identified issues.

Provide support with other safety and compliance analysis tasks as required.
Requirements:

Proficiency in using online systems, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Webex/GoTo Meeting).

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and flag issues effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks.

Prior experience with safety and compliance analysis is preferred but not required.

Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
