Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a diligent and detail oriented BSA Analyst to join our client in Sewell, NJ! The BSA Analyst will work under the direction of the BSA Officer to ensure the bank's compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and related regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in BSA, possess strong analytical skills, and be familiar with financial crime risk management software. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $55,000-$60,000/year!

  • Review, investigate, and document resolution of alerts generated via the bank's software platform.
  • Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) as necessary and ensure timely submission to regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct audits on new accounts to verify compliance with Customer Identification Program (CIP) and opening document requirements.
  • Monitor cash and transactional activity for high-risk customers, taking appropriate action in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive compliance with BSA, bank policies, and applicable federal and state banking regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the bank's BSA compliance program.
  • Stay informed about changes in BSA regulations and industry best practices and communicate relevant updates to the team.

  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in BSA, AML, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and staying current with industry changes.
  • Experience with financial crime risk management software, such as Fiserv Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) or similar BSA/AML software.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in BSA.
  • Familiarity with bank deposit operations, lending activities, or related compliance functions.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
