Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Title Processor to join our client in Langhorne, PA 19047! This role includes a thorough examination and verification process to ensure accuracy, compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and adherence to client service level agreements. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $18-$23/HR based on experience!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication between the company and clients.
  • Review search materials to identify vesting, requirements, and exceptions for resolution.
  • Collaborate with external partners to meticulously prepare and quality-check title commitments.
  • Generate CPL (Closing Protection Letter) documents.
  • Review tax certifications and Attorney Opinion Letters.
  • Confirm correct underwriter and wiring instructions are accurately documented in files.
  • Prepare Conditional CTC (Clear to Close) forms and deliver all required title materials to clients (Commitment, CPL, Wire, Tax Cert).
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with internal staff and external customers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while delivering exemplary internal and external customer service.
  • Independence and the ability to complete assignments within given parameters, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
