Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our client in Camden, NJ! In this role, you will support Senior Advocates in various administrative tasks. This Contract opportunity offers $18-$20/Hour!

Primary Responsibilities:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Provide general administrative support to Senior Advocates, including but not limited to organizing schedules, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
  • Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all records.
  • Collaborate with Senior Advocates in contacting retailers to complete RO (Repair Order) summaries, which are vital in making lemon law decisions.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks with vendors, maintaining effective communication and ensuring seamless operations between the company and external partners.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Prior experience in customer service, whether in a phone-based or retail environment, is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a detail-oriented setting, demonstrating proficiency in computer literacy and experience in gathering and reporting on information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the capability to effectively interact with individuals both within and outside the company.
